Terms of Service
Last updated: October 2026.
1. Who we are
Worki is provided by Daniel Faustino ("Worki", "we"). These terms are the agreement between us and whoever creates an account ("you"). Worki is for everyone: companies, freelancers and individuals.
2. The service
Worki is online software to manage customers, agenda, tasks, finances, website content and an online shop. You choose the modules you use and can change them at any time. We may improve or change features, and we will not remove something you pay for without telling you first.
3. Your account
You are responsible for the people you give access to, for keeping passwords safe and for what is done in your account. Tell us at once if you think someone got in without permission.
4. Price and payment
The price depends on your modules and on your number of active users, as shown on our pricing page and on your Billing page. It is charged in advance, monthly or yearly, to your card through Stripe. When sign-up offers a free trial, nothing is charged until it ends and you can cancel before then. Changing modules or users during a period is charged or credited in proportion. Prices may change. We always tell you by email beforehand, and a new price only applies from your next period.
5. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from your Billing page. The subscription stays active until the end of the period already paid, and that period is not refunded.
6. Late payment
If a payment fails we try again and warn you. If it stays unpaid, your account becomes read-only: you can still see and export everything, but not change it. It works again as soon as the payment is made.
7. Your data
The data you put in Worki is yours. We use it only to provide the service, as the Privacy Policy describes. You can export it at any time. After your subscription ends we keep it for 12 months, then delete it, and you can ask us to delete it sooner. We never delete it without warning you by email first.
8. Acceptable use
Do not use Worki for anything unlawful, to send spam, to store content you have no right to, or to try to break or overload the service. We may suspend an account that does.
9. Availability and liability
We work to keep Worki available and your data safe, but we do not promise the service will never be interrupted. Worki's account statements are payment requests, not legal invoices. As far as the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost profits or indirect losses.
10. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we tell you by email before the change applies. Using Worki after that means you accept them.
11. Law and contact
Portuguese law applies, and the Portuguese courts decide any dispute. Questions: support@worki.pt.
